CLEVELAND, March 19 – Cleveland Clinic has launched a free coronavirus (COVID-19) online screening tool. Individuals answer a series of questions, based on symptoms and travel. The responses help determine their risk of COVID-19. At the end of the questionnaire, they’ll receive the most appropriate care recommendation. The questions are based on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines.
Individuals can follow these steps to learn their risk level for COVID-19:
- Visit ClevelandClinic.org…
- Click “Start your screening now”
- A questionnaire window will open
- Answer questions to receive the recommendation
Cleveland Clinic is the first hospital system in Ohio offering this tool, and one of a handful in the country.
