INGREDIENTS
1 16 ounce bag of angel hair shredded cabbage
2 apples, peeled and diced
1 Vidalia onion, finely chopped
½ cup chopped walnuts
DRESSING
2 heaping tablespoons sour cream
2 heaping tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
In a large bowl, mix all of the dressing ingredients together until well blended. Mix in the remaining ingredients and toss to evenly coat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour. Serve.
