Youngstown State University’s Dana School of Music will present “Strings Showcase” Dec. 2 as part of its “Music at Noon” concert series. The virtual performance will premiere Dec. 2, 2020 on the Cliffe College’s YouTube channel.
Background
The Cliffe College of Creative Arts and Communication launched its virtual arts series in March. The series features performances and presentations by students and faculty, including piano, voice, guitar, saxophone and cello as well as gallery talks by art faculty.
The series is titled “C3= Cliffe Creative Connections – A Place To See ‘Virtually’ Any Kind of Art” and is hosted on YSU’s YouTube channel.
“Our faculty and students are tremendous artists, and we are excited to continue sharing their talents through our C3 initiative. We are planning a variety of future C3 presentations and performances and are happy this venue will allow our many families and friends to stay connected to us throughout this time,” said Phyllis Paul, Cliffe College dean.
