The Art Outreach Gallery will offer a series of art-centered youth classes summer workshops from June 12 to 30 at the Eastwood Mall Complex in Niles.
Workshops include yoga, acting, art history, art education, and craft classes. Sessions are designed for students 4 to 18 years of age. In addition, Art Outreach will offer two open studio art classes for the McKinley Art Contest, in partnership with the Niles McKinley Memorial Library. During the sessions, youth will learn more about President William McKinley, who was born in Niles.
Area educators from Canfield and Niles McKinley high schools, along with graduates from Youngstown State University and Trumbull Career and Technical Center, will conduct the workshops.
Space and supplies are limited and students must register to enter the classes. Programs, class information and registration forms can be downloaded, printed and shared from Art Outreach Gallery website at www.artoutreach.org…. Programs can also be picked up at the Art Outreach Gallery or the Eastwood Mall Customer Service Center.

The Art Outreach Gallery’s hours are 5 to 9 p.m., Friday; 1-9 p.m., Saturday; 1-5 p.m. on Sunday. The gallery is free and open to the public.
