Kent Trumbull Theatre is announcing auditions for its upcoming production of “I and You” by Lauren Gunderson.
Auditions occur 7-9 p.m., March 3-4 at Kent State Trumbull Theatre, Kent State Trumbull Campus, 4314 Mahoning Ave. NW., Warren 44483.
The play will be staged April 26-28 and May 3-5.
- Character breakdown: Caroline, a girl. Cynical, over it, plays it “close to the vest.” Can play high-school age. Anthony, a boy. Neat and mature for his age. Can play high-school age. Both roles open to all ethnicities and gender identities. As per the playwright, “The only essentiality is that the characters not be the same race.”
- Performance dates: April 26-28, May 3-5.
- Audition dates: 7-9 p.m., March 3-4, Kent Trumbull Theatre, Trumbull Campus, Warren, Ohio.
- Rehearsals: Preliminary schedule slated to begin March 6, depending on actor availability. Looking to work flexibly.
