YOUNGSTOWN, March 24 – U.S. Rep. Tim Ryan, D-13th, will host a “Telephone Townhall” 6:20 p.m., Wednesday, March 25. Ryan will take calls from constituents and share news and updates on the coronavirus. A senior administrator from Cleveland Clinic also will be available to answer questions.
