Holiday Parade, Light-up Night and Flea on Phelps. Downtown Youngstown 44503. The City of Youngstown will host its annual Holiday Parade and Light-up Night from 4-8 p.m. The festivities also include an open-air holiday market beginning on North Phelps Street. Activities are presented by the City of Youngstown, Youngstown CityScape, and the Downtown Youngstown Partnership. Premier Bank is the title sponsor. The holiday event will include pictures with Santa (sponsored by Spruce), commemorative mugs (sponsored by Platt Insurance), and family-friendly activities. Light-Up Night kicks on the switch for the city’s Christmas tree on Central Square. (The lighting begins at approximately 7:15-7:30 p.m.).
