Penguin City will kick off its 2025 Night Market season later this month with food, vendors, workshops, and artist and nonprofit spotlights.

The market occurs 5-9 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 20 at Penguin City, 460 E. Federal St., Youngstown 44503. The event is dog and family-friendly.

Coming this month:

• Michelle Hillier of Boardman will be the featured artist. Hillier is a self-taught artist who specializes in custom abstract art.
• Sip & Paint with Brianna is the featured workshop. Participants will create abstract works of art during an all-ages workshop. $36. Ticket link: www.eventbrite.com….
• Gateways to Better Living will be the featured nonprofit organization. The Mahoning Valley nonprofit provides programs and services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Penguin City will donate $1 from every Penguin City draft purchase to the organization during the event.
• Vendors include Amelia’s Crystal Place, Baker Brad’s, Crafty Shop of Horrors, CarolD Confections, FattyCakes Soap Company, Truhero3D, Food 4 Your Soul, LL Arts, Larry Elefante Hot Sauce, Christopher Lesko, Lindi and Luisa Bauble Company, B Linked Permanent Jewelry, Eclectics By Em, Kava Roasters, Katalina Clean, Myers Manor LLC, No Double Dippin’.
• Karter’s Korner will be the featured food truck.

Penguin City Night Markets occur 5-9 p.m., the third Thursday of the month. Other dates this year include March 20, April 17, May 15, June 19, July 17, Aug. 21, Sept. 18, Oct. 16, Nov. 20 and Dec. 18.
