The Ohio Department of Health is announcing free COVID-19 testings tomorrow on the East Side of Youngstown.
Pop-up testings will occur from 10 a.m.-2 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 22 at Spanish Evangelical Church, 369 Keystone Ave., Youngstown.
