Pressed Coffee Bar and Eatery will open its second location on Monday, Oct. 29 at the Poland Branch of the Public Library of Youngstown & Mahoning County, 311 S. Main St. Pressed will occupy the café area in the lower level of the Poland Library, which was recently vacated by Kravitz’s Delicatessen.

Pressed offers a large range of specialty coffees, and a complete menu of expresso-based beverages such as lattes, cappuccinos, smoothies, cocoas and gourmet teas. Pressed Coffee owner Frank Tuscano said they are committed to delivering the ultimate coffee experience.

Pressed will feature a bakery and offer fresh homemade specialties for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Signature items served include frittatas and gourmet waffles. In addition, salads, soups, sandwiches, drinks and treats will be available for dine-in or take out.

“We’re very excited to have the opportunity to offer our customers a café with such outstanding quality food and a wide selection of menu items. We hope you’ll stop by for breakfast or lunch the next time you’re visiting the Poland Library,” said Library Executive Director Aimee Fifarek.

“As we begin a new chapter in the Pressed story with our space in the Poland Library, we find ourselves extremely excited to become part of the Poland community and about our new partnership with the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County,” said Tuscano. “We are proud to bring our vision to another corner of the Youngstown area.”

Tuscano and co-owner Pamela VonBergen started Pressed near the Youngstown State University campus in 2015, with a goal of creating a beautiful and relaxing space serving food and coffee with an ever-present focus on product quality and taste.

Pressed will be available for catering meetings and events held in the Poland Library meeting room. The restaurant also offers off-site catering for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The Pressed Coffee Bar & Eatery location in Poland will be open from 6:30 a.m.-9 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 7 a.m.-8 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday. The restaurant accepts all major credit cards.
