Quick Salmon Spread

Quick Salmon Spread | This recipe uses common ingredients found at the grocery store.

INGREDIENTS
2 7 ounce cans of boneless, skinless Atlantic Salmon, drained
1/3 cup ranch dressing (regular or light)
1½ tablespoons sour cream
½ large onion, finely chopped
½ cup celery, finely chopped
2 hard boiled eggs, finely chopped
salt
½ teaspoon black pepper

PREPARATION

  1. In a large bowl, use a fork to break the salmon into flakes.
  2. Add the ranch dressing, and fold in the celery, onion, eggs and black pepper.
  3. Test for seasoning, and add a bit more dressing and salt if needed.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Serve Quick Salmon Spread with Wasa Crisp crackers, toasted baguettes, or on crisp endive leaves. Add additional flavors with fresh dill or celery seed.
