Spinach Dip Roll-Ups

INGREDIENTS

8 slices of bacon, fried until crisp, cooled, drained and chopped
2 packages of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 pack fajita-size flour tortillas, cut into 4 wedges. Tortillas should be room temperature.
4 green onions, sliced thin
16 oz. whipped cream cheese
16 oz. sour cream
1 package of Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix
Few splashes of Maggi

PREPARATION
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until well blended. Spoon a tablespoon or so onto one wedge of tortilla, fold both sides in to form a smaller wedge-shaped stuffed tortilla, and arrange nicely on a round platter. Delish!
