Scrappers home games, promotions for August | The Mahoning Valley Scrappers continue their 2023 home season at Eastwood Field in Niles. August home games and promotions appear below. Tickets range from $31-$9 (add $1 on game day). Parking is $3 per car for all home games. For more information, visit here.

Scrappers vs. Frederick Keys. 7:05 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 1. Senior Discount Tuesday. Presented by Shepherd of the Valley. Seniors get half-price, upper-box seats when tickets are purchased at box office. $2 Pizza Slice Night. Presented by Pizza Joe’s. Pizza Joe’s pizza slice for $2.

Scrappers vs. the Williamsport Crosscutters. 7:05 p.m., Friday, Aug. 18. Postgame Firework Show. Presented by Farmers National Bank and WFMJ. Specialty Jersey Series. Presented by Foxconn. The Scrappers will wear custom Voltage Valley jersey with proceeds benefiting the Regional Chamber Foundation. Wine Down Weekend. Wine specials.

Scrappers vs. the Williamsport Crosscutters. 7:05 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 19. A Handshake for the Century Night. Presented by Warren Area Chamber of Commerce Education, Civil and Cultural Foundation and WFMJ. The Scrappers will wear specialty uniforms created by local graphic artist Michael Pontikos. The jerseys and hats will be auctioned with proceeds going to the Robinson and Shuba families.  In addition, Mike Shuba, George “Shotgun” Shuba’s son, will throw out the first pitch and have a display of memorabilia. The first 250 fans will receive a commemorative poster featuring “A Handshake for the Century” statue. Cerveza Saturday. Specials on Corona and Modelo.
