INGREDIENTS

8-ounce package of light cream cheese
1 cup light sour cream
16-ounce can of fat-free refried beans
4-ounce can diced green chiles (drained)
1 packet taco seasoning mix
4 cups shredded cheese (divided)

PREPARATION

  • Soften the cream cheese and mix with all remaining ingredients and 2 cups of the cheese.
  • Spray the baking dish and spread the mixture evenly.
  • Top with remaining cheese and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
