Trumbull Art Gallery is seeking local artists for its holiday marketplace, which occurs from Nov. 14 to Jan. 9 at its gallery in downtown Warren.

“Trees at the Gallery” will feature a walk-through marketplace showcasing handcrafted work by local artisans.

Artists are invited to design holiday tree displays made from artificial greenery, wood, metal, wire, ceramic or provide table-top displays to showcase handcrafted items.

The event also will include a holiday raffle featuring a tree decorated with items donated by participating artists.

Due to COVID restrictions, no live artist demonstrations will occur. Physical-distancing precautions will be followed and masks will be required.

Up to 40 floor and wall spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Each space is limited to 36-by-36 inches. The cost is $5 per space and each artist is limited to three spaces. The first display space is free for anyone renewing or joining Trumbull Art Gallery for the 2021 membership year. Each additional space is $5.

Membership dues must be paid when the vendor fee is paid. All fees must be paid at the time the space reservation is made in order to secure spots. Vendor fees are non-refundable.

The Trumbull Art Gallery is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The gallery, which was founded in 1957, is located at 158 N. Park Ave. in downtown Warren. The gallery is open from noon-4 p.m., Thursday and Friday.
