Vicki Doe Fitness will present its fourth installment of “Healthy Heart Healthy Living” on Saturday, Oct. 14 at the Eastwood Event Centre in Niles. The health-and-wellness program will occur from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The event features health screenings, “mindful movement” workshops, mini-health spa sessions, a healthy luncheon, and a cook-off featuring local celebrities. The Rev. Lewis Macklin will be master of ceremonies.
The health-and-wellness event is organized by Dr. Vicki Haywood Doe, ACSM-EP, MES-certified exercise physiologist/medical exercise specialist and nutrition educator.
“Healthy Heart Healthy Living” is sponsored by WYTV-33/WKBN-27. Micro sponsors include The Links, Women Hand In Hand, and Sapphire Aesthetics and Wellness.
Tickets are $75 (with $25 off until Thursday, Oct. 12). See vickidoefitness.com… for tickets and more information.
