Grantee expectation
Race Equity and Inclusion Training – In its commitment to advancing racial equity and inclusion, The Raymond John Wean Foundation presents Race Equity and Inclusion (two-day, Phase-I training). Designed to allow participants to better understand racism in its institutional and structural forms and moving away from a focus on personal bigotry and bias, this workshop presents a historical, cultural and structural analysis of racism. If your request is approved, board members and staff that have not already attended the training, are expected to do so at no charge to your organization, within 12 months of your grant approval date. Presented by The Racial Equity Institute. Unmet expectations will be considered in future grant requests.
If you have any questions regarding the application process, visit The Raymond John Wean Foundation or contact Corrie Adams at 330-394-5600, extension 102.
