Three Youngstown City Council members will host the first in a series of listening sessions for residents and neighborhood groups to discuss priorities for the city’s $82.7 million allocation in the American Rescue Plan.

The Youngstown City Health District, Ohio National Guard, and Mahoning Valley churches will host free drive-through COVID-19 testing at various churches in the city. The Ohio National Guard will administer the tests, and the Health District will be offering flu shots.

• Anyone can get a COVID-19 test at no cost. You do not have to have symptoms to be tested. There is no pre-registration for the testing.

• Participants must wear a mask. If you don’t have a mask, one will be provided.

• You can get a flu shot at the event for $25 or free with your insurance card.

If you have any additional questions, contact Erin Bishop at the Youngstown Health District. Phone: 330-742-8260. Email:
